The following section presents eleven Ideal Sectors. Each of these exemplifies a unique approach to addressing the challenge of rapid urbanisation in the case of Hyderabad. The projects are located in the Special Development Zone of Hyderabad‘s Airport Development Authority (HADA). The rapidly urbanising area is served by a new ring road, and much of the area is still dominated by villages, greenery, and rural land uses. Each of the schemes as presented below use a unique mix of IDEAN values. The principles serve as an underlying thread. Every concept converges around an individual approach.
